When I’m in a bad mood, the last thing I want is music to cheer me up. Instead, I tend to listen to music that meets my mood like two waves crashing into one another on a windy lake. Hopefully, they’ll cancel each other out and leave me feeling somewhat level.

Today’s Playlist:

  1. “Don’t Forget About Me” – Cloves
  2. “Just Breathe” – Pearl Jam
  3. “Human” – Christina Perri
  4. “Nothing Compares to You” – Cover by Chris Cornell
  5. “Right Where It Belongs” – Nine Inch Nails
  6. “Losing My Religion” – R.E.M.
  7. “Snuff” – Slipknot
  8. “Say Hello to Heaven” – Tempe of the Dog
  9. “Lonely Day” – System of a Down

  1. I listen to music too whenever I am in a bad mood and whenever I am frustrated with the way things are going in my life. (I recommend Erutan’s songs, especially the Willow Maiden, it gives me ethereal vibes.)
